HR Coordinator
Our client is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team. You will partner with management and other key stakeholders to process complex, confidential, and time sensitive data. You will make recommendations, participate in UAT testing, implement systems and process improvements. You will drive tasks to completion. You will contribute independently on a variety of processes, with some assistance and normally receive general instructions on routine work. You will work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. You exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. You will develop professional expertise, and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. You will assist others using your own expertise. You will perform additional related tasks and duties as needed.
