HR and Payroll Specialist
Our westside client is looking for an HR and Payroll Specialist to join their onsite team. This is a great opportunity to lead human resources and payroll functions for the growing busy organization.
HR and Payroll Specialist Responsibilities
Maintain job openings, screen candidates, and facilitate through the offer stage.
Responsible for all new hire onboarding and offboarding.
Work with external vendors to ensure payroll processed is accurate.
Track and verify time and attendance data.
Maintain benefits administration.
Develop and establish HR policies and procedures.
Assist with AP invoices as needed.
HR and Payroll Specialist Qualifications
4+ years of human resources and payroll experience.
Knowledge of current payroll regulations, HR laws, and benefits administration.
Proficient with MS Office Suite with skills in Excel; familiar with ADP a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multi-task competing priorities meeting deadlines.
Adaptable and driven within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
