HR Administrative Assistant
Our client has an immediate opening for an HR Administrative Assistant to join their onsite team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience at a large global company.
HR Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Support onboarding and hiring needs.
File confidential records and obtain reports and documents as requested.
Maintain supplies and office equipment.
Create and review forms, letters, and memos.
Open and distribute mail and respond to incoming emails.
Additional support duties as assigned.
HR Administrative Assistant Qualifications
6 months administrative, office support, or HR support experience.
Degree in Business a plus.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Highly organized and able to multitask.
Able to time manage well and prioritize deadlines.
