Our client is hiring for a Home Preservation Specialist to join their team. This company is dedicated to helping its customers succeed financially while ensuring their needs are taken care of.
Home Preservation Specialist Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for borrowers and multiple departments.
Notify customers of status changes, financial options, and customer required actions.
Ensure any required information is received and provided to stakeholders.
Update financial data within multiple systems.
Additional duties as assigned.
Home Preservation Specialist Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a loss mitigation, loan origination, collections, or customer service role in a financial organization.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to research and organize data.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
