Hardware Program Manager ur client is searching for a Hardware Program Manager for our Operations Team. This person must have a track-record of managing cross functional hardware programs across business units. This is a highly visible role that could be the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to help shape the future of global communications working within the Open Telecom and the vast services capabilities.

Responsible for Managing multiple cross functional hardware programs across multiple business units.
Will manage all aspects of the hardware deployments globally, working with multiple internal and external teams including suppliers, customers and partners in multiple geographies. 
Will lead day-to-day Hardware Program execution according the plans and targets.
Establishes and monitors program level metrics (i.e. value, quality, cost, schedule, risk) and facilitates regular project and program meetings, developing and implementing processes and tools to identify and mitigate risks, monitors schedules, budgets, resources, and related metrics.
Will be the main spokesperson for the hardware programs internally and will be asked to present to the Executive Staff about the Hardware Programs strategic plans and status updates.
Direct multiple cross-functional programs and business initiatives for the Business Unit and ensures product specifications and schedules are met per customer/market expectations
Will implement and maintain systems, processes, and tools to ensure products are meeting schedule, cost, budget, and quality requirements
Will partner with the Quality team to address customer product related queries and quality issues
Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks for all hardware programs.
Will collaborate with senior leadership to translate corporate strategy into short- and long-term initiatives, projects, and programs related to our Hardware programs

Bachelor’s degree is requirement with a preference for an electrical or telecommunications emphasis. An advanced degree is a plus. 
Should have 10 to 12 years’ experience leading hardware programs and customer deployments in the Server, Networking and / or Telecommunications industry.
Must have strong business and financial acumen and solid accomplishments within the Telco industry
Experience with high levels of ambiguity, regular exposure to senior leadership, work that requires strong attention to detail, working on multiple projects at one time, and tight timelines. 
Capable of moving efficiently between strategic and tactical activities, understanding context, connecting seemingly unconnected concepts and ideas, and taking action.
Proven track record of being able to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
Evidence of analytical, systematic and practical approach to resolving challenges.
Good reporting and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven success as a negotiator, influencer, team player and eager to learn and further develop
Must have Project Management tools experience including MS Project, Excel and Power Point.
PMP certification a plus.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10 to 25%
