As an Analytics Product Coordinator, you will play an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of these business-facing tools by facilitating business decision making and coordination with the Global Sustainability Data & Analytics organization. With a strong focus on operationalizing these new tools, your role will be at the forefront of sustainability targets, as you will be able to partner with employees across the business to develop documentation and training materials to integrate sustainability tools into the product creation process.

You’ll need to thrive with data sets that demand you ask experts for help, and to have the ability to communicate with a broad variety of stakeholders at all levels. To describe tooling and business process a successful candidate should – at a minimum - have a demonstrated ability to:
Document and describe complex and ambiguous business processes
Document and explain application use and functioning
Additionally, experience with or understanding of application engineering and product creation processes is beneficial.
In order to explore tooling and business processes a successful candidate should – at a minimum – have demonstrated ability to:
Navigate complex line of business applications
Interact and network within complex business organizations
Explore smaller datasets using Excel
Additionally, experience with or understanding of working with sustainability data and organizations will be valuable for the successful candidate.
In order to report on tooling and business processes a successful candidate should – at a minimum – have demonstrated ability to:
Use of tools for documentation such as power point and Visio
Business and professional writing
Use of layout tools such as Publisher or laTex
Create video based documentation using screen capture and voice overs
Additionally, experience with or understanding of risks and considerations when creating documentation in enterprise environments such as repeatability, maintainability, and audience will be valuable for the successful candidate.
The successful candidate is able to describe, use, and document, and use analytics tooling and business processes at a level that allows them to coordinate between application development work and application use.
