Full Stack Software Engineer Responsibilities
Architect and implement high quality solutions that demonstrate maintainable, clean code for new and existing applications. Document and diagram where appropriate.
Participate in the analysis, remediation, and resolution of deployment and/or production issues.
Demonstrate leadership by coaching, mentoring, and training others; be a subject matter expert.
Participate regularly in peer review.
Identify opportunities to create reusable components.
Partner with UX team to bring their vision to a reality that wows the customer.
Partner with QA teams to ensure high-quality product by participating in testing efforts
Partner with SRE teams to ensure a resilient product by participating in the analysis, remediation, and resolution of deployment and/or production issues.
Partner with internal and external customer or representative to understand problem statement, desired outcomes, and requirements; contribute to the refinement of requirements and/or User Stories.
Maintain a working knowledge of all policies and government regulations by participate periodic training.

Full Stack Software Engineer Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of software industry experience building high-performance, scalable systems.
Experience writing/maintaining a battle-tested C# Web-API in a production environment.
Experience developing Salesforce applications preferred.
Advanced knowledge of object-oriented languages (ASP.NET Core preferred).
Advanced knowledge of cloud technology (Azure preferred).
Advanced knowledge of unit testing.
Advanced knowledge of Git source control.
Working knowledge of CI/CD build pipelines.
Ability to learn quickly; adapt to new technologies, patterns, and practices.
Ability to work independently as well as lead collaborative working sessions with internal teams.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
