Full Charge Bookkeeper
Our client has an immediate need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment with a start-up feel. 

Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities
Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, maintain the GL, and assist with month-end close.
Provide support with payroll processing. 
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable duties. 
Support the monthly budget vs actual database and reports.
Provide administrative support to Finance

Full Charge Bookkeeper Qualifications
Associates degree in accounting, finance, business or similar field preferred.
5 years of accounting experience or a combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience processing multistate payroll.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Proficient with QuickBooks; Sage and ADP highly preferred.
High attention to detail and organization.
