Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Our Portland client is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee operating and capital budgeting for their team in Portland. This role will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting functions and support executives with key decision making. Responsibilities of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Oversee budgeting process.
Develop and train FP&A staff.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Develop and revise budgets.
Financial modeling and reporting for budgeting and forecasting.
Variance analysis and review.
Lead the continuous development and implementation of FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting policy, best practice, and process improvements.
Develop and monitor budgeting KPIs and metrics.
Support new business development opportunities.
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Master's degree preferred.
8 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of GAAP and healthcare industry standards/trends.
MS Office Suite experience, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
ERP systems knowledge; Axiom preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and cross-functionally as part of an executive team.
