Our Hillsboro technology client is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee their business and financial operations for their United States division. Responsibilities of the Financial Controller
Manage cross-functional operational and budgeting processes.
Drive business and financial performance efforts.
Continuous development and implementation of policy, best practice, and process improvements.
Monthly process reviews.
Heavy budget forecasting.
Financial and data analysis and reporting.
Ad hoc reporting.
Reporting standardization and analysis.
Operation Cost analysis.
Risk and opportunity identification and analysis.
Financial Controller Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CMA preferred.
5-10 years of accounting or finance experience; management accounting and international experience preferred.
Budgeting, planning and analysis experience.
Project lead experience in process improvement preferred.
Knowledge of GAAP.
MS Office Suite experience required, with skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with Google Docs required.
ERP systems knowledge; SAP preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact diplomatically at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, high energy self-starter.
