Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst
Analyze and report on expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities to provide input for buying decisions.
Financial modeling, reporting, and statement analysis.
Prepare cash, balance sheet, and inventory forecasting and perform variance analysis.
Provide and present on the department's financial performance and track KPIs.
Track project costs to planned costs and report on project financial performance.
Prepare annual budgets and identify key financial and operational issues.
Ad-hoc accounting and finance reporting and projects as assigned.
Financial Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or similar field required.
2 years of analysis experience within a mid to large sized organization; experience in manufacturing a plus.
Proficient with ERP systems; SAP highly preferred.
MS Office Suite experience, with intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
