Finance Director
Our global manufacturing client is looking for a Finance Director to work directly with the General Manager on strategic planning initiatives. This role has career growth potential and is a great opportunity to join a team that is well-respected among their peers.

Responsibilities of the Finance Director
Strategic and operational planning.
Lead finance projects.
Co-lead the continuous development and implementation of strategic and operational policy, best practice, and process improvements.
Direct budgeting and forecasting.
Manage financial reporting.
Oversee financial planning.
Ensure financial and operational compliance.
Develop and implement short- and long-term financial goals.
Coordinate audits.
Financial and operational KPIs and benchmarks.
Ad hoc financial analysis.

Finance Director Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; master's or CPA preferred.
8-10 years of management level accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical and cost accounting experience.
Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
Experience with government contracts.
MS Office Suite experience, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
ERP systems knowledge: SAP and BFC or equivalent required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $140-150K
