Finance and Accounting Analyst
Our not-for-profit client has an opening for a Finance and Accounting Analyst to join their accounting team. This organization's impact spans across the Portland metro cities and communities providing assistance programs for more than two decades.
Finance and Accounting Analyst Responsibilities
Prepare GL entries and accounting transactions.
Reconcile intercompany accounts.
Manage bank accounts and cash flow statements and projections.
Support financial statement audits and schedules.
Research variances within budgets and financial statements.
Document accounting processes and updates to procedures.
Finance and Accounting Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field; accounting certifications a plus.
2 years of accounting and analysis experience.
Strong foundation in US GAAP; non-profit accounting procedures a plus.
Proficient with ERP systems and MS Excel; fund accounting systems a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with a team-oriented attitude.
High attention to detail and organization.
