Executive Assistant
Our client has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is flexible, a self-starter, and thinks outside the box for solutions. This client is a leader in their industry and offers great benefits and fun company events.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Manage calendars and set up meetings (including international conference calls); coordinate events.
Organize and book complex international and domestic travel plans. Support in arranging travel documentation if needed.
Communicate with clients and internal staff on behalf of the CEO answering correspondences.
Prepare presentation and meeting documents, draft letters, memos and reports.
Track and organize project deadlines; communicate statuses with appropriate internal parties.
Prepare and track reports, budget expenditures, purchase orders, and expense reports in Excel and filing. 
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and team.

Executive Assistant Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. 
High proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Highly organized and skilled in time management and strong attention to detail.
Fluent in Russian a plus.
