Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Tigard, OR. This role will add a talented assistant to leverage the ability to create results and provide me with the confidence and peace of mind that everything is handled.  A successful EA is the right-hand teammate, acting as a resource to simplify, organize, and focus time and activities.

Responsibilities
Managing time, relationships, and activities
Schedule and protect time.
Manage emails:  All emails prioritized, organized and filed accordingly. Zero-inbox weekly.

Manage phone calls:  Answer phone 90% of time; return calls or direct as necessary.
Manage supervisors schedule day to day:  Set all appointments according to Time System.  
Focus or Buffer.  
Protect managers focus days from interruptions.
Confirm all appointments the day before.  If you leave a message, call the day of as well.
Handle all travel needs:  booking hotels, air, etc.  
Ensure needed details in calendar.
Work within time system and team goals.

Marketing & PR
Weekly blogs posted.
Proof-reading.
Monthly Newsletter – first Wednesday of each month; shared/sent for LOs.

Events – Open Houses, Business Development Events.
Create marketing collateral; get approved through SPM compliance.
Ensure we achieve attendance goals.
Book speaking and training opportunities.
Help create and coordinate new, future trainings and events.
Help get books and other intellectual capital completed and to “market”.

Schedule and protect managers time.
Filter out issues that do not require specialized attention.
Work to free me up of everything outside of Unique Ability:  Coaching, Group Trainings/Events, Innovation, Writing, Leading the Vision (80% of time in UA).
Help clean up and prevent mistakes. 
Keep office and desk clean and de-cluttered for maximum productivity.
