Engineering Program Manager
Our client is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join their team in Hillsboro, OR.

Responsibilities 
Lead cross functional Engineering Projects through efficient cross team collaboration with Product Architects, Engineering Managers, Engineering Teams and stakeholder management.
Define, develop and track Project and Release Plans.
Manage and Drive Engineering plans, execution and workflows.
Creates transparency through Team and Management Reports.
Create and maintain project dashboards using JIRA, Confluence and industry standard Tools.
Manage and track internal team dependencies as well as external dependencies.
Proactively manage impediments and use expertise and leadership to affect results.
Proactively manage issues, risks and escalations.
Initiate, lead and participate to continuous improvements.
Process/Tools development and standardization.
Act as a Liaison for project information and dependencies.
Provide process guidance and informal mentoring to team members.

Qualifications 
8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS, or IT or
6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree.
3+ years as a software developer, QA, Business Analyst or Product role.
5+ years in a Program/Project management and/or 2+ years Scrum Master role.
8+ years or more experience in technology/software organizations.

Preferred Qualifications
Significant practical experience with Agile practices.
Must be experienced in handling Engineering Platform and/or Networking projects.
Must be experienced in software and technical projects/release/deployments.
Demonstrated experience in Agile led program/project management best practices.
Fast and eager learner.
Experience coordinating with engineering teams and leaders.
Well organized with project information (recording, tracking, reporting).
Demonstrated ability to provide audience appropriate detail.
Ability to manage concurrent projects. Keen ability to identify, analyze and mitigate risks.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to drive decision making.
Natural ability to work in a fast¬ paced environment, willingness to adapt to change and proceed on decisions made with varying levels of uncertainty.
Demonstrated experience facilitating dynamic meetings, coordinating among high-energy participants and influencing towards productive result.
Ultimate team player. Collaborative yet passionate and motivating.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership in teamwork and team building.
WiFi, RF, Audio, and Embedded SW/HW technical experience a plus.
