Our client is in need of a multifaceted eDiscovery Specialist in their Legal Department. This position is responsible for resolving data collection requests, case change requests, and acts as an Analyst liaison with the preferred vendor. You will be the main point of contact for anything related to eDiscovery case administrative activities. This is a remote position.
eDiscovery Specialist Qualifications
Exhibits an understanding of current eDiscovery practices and familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Ability to utilize O365 Core and Advanced eDiscovery to collect, search, recover, sort, and organize electronic information in all phases of an audit, employment, investigation, and litigation matter.
Proficient in collecting data from various sources, including MSFT Exchange/O365/Outlook, Slack, webpages, and file shares.
Experience with PowerShell preferred.
Experience with Onna is a plus.
Knowledge of eDiscovery tools and Relativity review platform is a plus.
Support multiple projects.
Required to work effectively with Legal and technical teams.
