Document Management Specialist
A local company has an immediate need for a Document Management Specialist to support their team. This is an opportunity to gain experience in a large organization that loves to promote from within.
Responsibilities of the Document Management Specialist
Maintain records (folders, documents, shelves, and system information), imaging facilities, equipment, and electronic systems.
Analyze and identify complex business documents and categorize documents by type.
Maintain document inventory data by updating data tracking tools.
Communicate to customers relevant information about document management services.
Identify and correct issues with systems, policies, procedures, and practices.
Provide timely and accurate information and retrieve paper folders and documents for delivery.
Document Management Specialist Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
6 months of customer service or administrative experience.
Strong accurate data entry skills.
High attention to detail and highly organized.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Pay: $13.25 hourly
