Director of Tax Responsibilities
Review and prepare federal and state taxes calculations.
Analyze tax payments and discuss tax-related activities and strategies with internal stakeholders.
Review property taxes and sales tax returns.
Perform research on technical tax issues and discrepancies.
Lead strategic planning and implementations of guidelines.
Point of contact for external tax partners.
Identify areas for improving processes and systems to drive efficiencies.
Director of Tax Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or similar field with a CPA.
10 years of progressive experience in a related role with a blend in public accounting and private industry; experience from a large organization.
Working knowledge of ASC 740, corporate tax return preparation, and technical accounting.
Exceptional communication and business partnering skills.
Motivated self-starter with strong research skills.
