Director of Pricing
Our Pacific Northwest client has been supporting our community through education for 50 years. They are in need of a Director of Pricing to oversee their pricing team. This role will be joining their large family of employees in Portland, where they will gain professional development in a dynamic and nurturing atmosphere. Responsibilities of the Director of Pricing
Pricing and enrollment review and analysis.
Identify brand performance and enrollment opportunities.
Market analysis for enrollment.
Lead the continuous development, standardization, and implementation of pricing tools, policy, best practice, and process improvements.
Business modeling and assessment.
Risk analysis.
Analyze campaign and promotional opportunities.
Trend analysis.
Develop and train pricing team.
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Director of Pricing Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
7 years of financial analysis and accounting experience in a mid to large multi-entity company environment.
MS Office Suite experience, with skills in Excel and Word.
Complex financial analysis experience required.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate to advanced pricing and modeling experience required.
ERP systems knowledge; Oracle, Cognos, and Hyperion preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Team-building skills.
