Director of HR
Our client is looking for a personable Director of Human Resources to join their team. This company, headquartered in Portland, is proud to deliver quality products along the west coast where their dedicated employees have driven their success for many years. 

Director of HR Responsibilities
Provide direction for strategic recruitment plans and create trainings and organizational development plans. 
Maintain staffing levels and evaluate company culture aligned with company goals. 
Ensure employee compensations are within compliance and competitive within their job levels. 
Assist with administering benefit programs and provide recommendations. 
Oversee and initiate department goals, policies, procedures, and improvements.
Maintain reporting and HRIS data.
Additional projects as assigned.

Director of HR Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 
10+ years of human resource experience within a leadership capacity.
Strong understanding of current HR laws, practices, and strategies. 
Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities. 
Great problem solving skills.
Occasional travel required.
