Director of Finance
Our Willamette Valley client is looking for a motivated Director of Finance to join their onsite team in Corvallis, Oregon. This role has a lot of potential for growth while working closely with senior management and members of the finance and accounting teams.
Director of Finance Responsibilities
Supervise finance team members.
Monitor market changes, interest rates, and analyze risks.
Oversee and analyze investment performances.
Execute investment strategies to align with the organization’s goals.
Manage balance sheets projections, asset liabilities, and budget & forecasting.
Make recommendations and present financial findings to board members.
Director of Finance Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
8+ years of hands-on experience.
3+ years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of asset liability management (ALM), asset liability (IRR) and budget and forecasting required.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Familiar with using data modeling software; Axiom preferred.
Collaborative with exceptional decision-making skills.
