Digital Project Coordinator
Our client is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator on their team. Your role as APLA-DGTM Samples & Digital Enablement support is:
Samples Operations & Process. Responsible for maintaining samples management system and work/partner with APLA territories to ensure samples process is flawlessly executed. You will work with global partners to provide troubleshooting and be the liaison with their logistics service provider in HK.
Digital Enablement Experience. Support and deliver innovative digital experiences in their HQ-KAPM sessions and in partnership with tech, enable our territories to execute those experiences. This includes requirements definition, functional design, plan / prioritization and execution.
Digital Project Coordinator Responsibilities
Fulfilling the duties of a product owner (SAS) including system management & training, requirements definition, build detailed business cases and advocate for new features, backlog prioritization, and feature roadmap creation.
Partnering with Territories to influence and align on objectives, scope, and requirements.
Maintaining a product scorecard to measure and report on the success of the experience.
Ongoing analysis of product KPIs and success metrics (i.e. DIFOT) and provide operational reports (i.e. Samples Tracking Report)
Ensure vendor/shared service deliverables and milestones are clear including tracking their progress towards feature completion and adjusting the team backlog accordingly.
Manage / organize our HQ Samples and Storage rooms
Provide our Logistics vendor with samples order information, assist in performing data validation and execute the GR (Goods Receipt) process.
Digital Enablement Support:
Attend production meetings and collaborate with other functions/key stakeholders to successfully execute the designed experience during KAPM sessions.
Understand the functionality of our digital tools and how these support & elevate the customer experience (be a key user)
Operate such experiences during APLA-HQ KAPM executions.
Formation and execution of PoC experiences & technology test/integration (HQ), gap analysis at territory level and if needed, create a plan to minimize those gaps.
Showroom Digital Enablement Support:
To deliver an elevated experience, assess current showroom journey/DE setup and provide insights on business impact and trade-offs between designed experiences and technology requirements.
Ensure our showrooms are ready to support commercial gates.
Digital Project Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or Technology. Prefer candidates with project management and/or tech integration experience.
5+ years of professional experience in technology project management, software applications or 2 years of experience in fields of sales, merchandising and/or technology.
2 years of additional relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience with consumer-facing e-commerce experiences and platforms is strongly preferred.
Success in designing and facilitating requirement sessions including the use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process modeling/improvement, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis.
Experience working in a cross functional environment, passion for driving innovative experiences and deliver results in tight timelines.
Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work independently and multi-task.
Demonstrated history of dealing with ambiguity and solving complex problems.
Proven relationship building and teamwork skills.
Pay: $24-25 Hourly W2
