Digital Product Creation Lead
Our client is seeking a Digital Product Creation Lead to join their dynamic team in Beaverton, OR. The Digital Product Creation (DPC) team creates and maintains over 550,000 product images (2D/3D), and 50,000 graphics, annually spanning across 45 categories and 270 different events. To accomplish this, we utilize the power of modern technologies, skill-sets and services. Our DCL’s (Digital Creation Leads) drive the execution of premium, accurate and on-time product image creation from post design review to go to market. You will drive and manage the image process by partnering with product creation categories by collecting product data, design drawings, color and graphic detail in a high volume and fast-paced production environment.
You will deliver tools for review (internal and external) and ensure the internal category matrix teams have what is needed to create, sell and manufacture their seasonal product. You will provide metric reports on status and negotiate deadlines and manage up requests. You will partner with your peers and managers to ensure a standard of service to all categories and to the DPC Apparel Studio (2D Image, 3D Image and Content). You will help steer, guide, and support categories businesses in the future evolution of 3D product and product image creation. As a Sport Digital Creation Lead you will be part of a team of DCL’s leading our client’s Sport Categories (Basketball, Field Sports and Global Football).
Digital Product Creation Lead Responsibilities:
Input, manage, and track projects, deadlines, and workflow in workflow tool.
Manage the Apparel product engine production calendar.
Maintain awareness of line plan, changes and track toward accurate and timely completion while keeping stakeholders and partners informed.
Customer service of category end to end digital image needs.
Support a mentality of service that embodies a seamless Triad integration with DPC Apparel Studio.
Category and product knowledge expert.
Quality check at project level.
Generously and actively collaborate and support the efforts of DPC Apparel Studio and category teammates.
Comfortable speaking and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at varying levels and synthesize detailed project
tasks to roll up high level accomplishments and risks. Strong ability to customize message to the target audience.
Training and documentation, follow or create best practices and share them freely.
Digital Product Creation Lead Qualifications:
3+ year’s experience successfully delivering results in a project management capacity within a creative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design/Art, or related field.
Experience working in a creative environment, corporate or studio environment.
Experience effectively working in a cross-functional environment as both player and leader.
Strong influence, collaboration, presentation and organization skills.
Strong formal and informal, written and verbal communication skills.
Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) experience preferred.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) experience preferred.
Highly detail-oriented, exceptionally well organized, collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, and be a problem-solver.
