Must have experience working with email service providers, bonus if Iterable and Squarespace are familiar software.
Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
Assist in development of digital strategy.
Leverage the digital consumer journey to optimize audience targeting.
Test and learn partners with aligned KPIs.
Assist in creating and communicating weekly report on aligned KPIs.
Share best practices.
Have an eye for design and be able to occasionally help out where our Designer cannot.
Help execute push notification campaigns.
Input into seasonal campaigns.
Assist in developing, measuring, and reporting on email and push notification campaigns.
Provide redundancy and assistance with creative copy writing, design, segmentation, and analytics.
Collaborate with all members of the team and facilitate communication.
Communicate to all stakeholders.
Digital Marketing Specialist Qualifications
Proven experience in executing digital campaigns; knowledge of email marketing is a must.
Proactive and highly motivated self-starter with a results oriented and goal driven mindset.
Effectively uses analytics tools to gain actionable insight and executes on discovered opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another.
Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products or other departments’ operations and/or morale; “connecting the dots”.
Experience wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in working on digital marketing campaigns.
