Digital Flagship Specialist
Our client is hiring a Digital Flagship Specialist for their team in Beaverton, Oregon. As the Digital Flagship Specialist, your job will be to support the Flagship brand channel team and co-ordinate and partner with categories, geographies and the membership team. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing team meetings, agendas and recaps and help build and improve the process with key stakeholders.

Digital Flagship Specialist Responsibilities
Team specialist to support projects and work within the flagship brand team.
Responsible for keeping geo partners updated on marketing initiatives and executional development. Owns the agenda and call recaps for bi weekly geo calls.
Responsible for owning and managing the weekly channel/ category share-out sessions. Owns the agenda and call recaps.
Manages in-take process with categories and geos. Works back with teams to refine brief and share with product marketing counterparts.
Manages channel roadmap alignment, updates and share outs with channel, NDM categories and geos. 
Manages planning an execution of projects smaller in scope supporting brand managers and director.  
Facilitates invoice processing by receiving invoices and sharing with ops for timely billing.
Co-develops documentation including, but not limited to, Marketing Plans, Channel Strategies and briefs.
Develops digital subject matter expertise, bringing new, innovative trends and thinking to the squad.
Hold counterparts to agreed upon production timelines. Drive projects towards on time delivery.
Ensure project status visibility and elevate risks.

Digital Flagship Specialist Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or closely related discipline.
2+ years’ experience in consumer marketing or related marketing industry.
Knowledge of project management tools and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pro-active, excellent organizational skills.
Can operate autonomously.
Excellent team spirit.
