Digital Content Coordinator
Our client is hiring a Digital Content Coordinator for their team in Beaverton, Oregon. As our Digital Content Coordinator, you'll execute content creation and production processes supporting all digital platforms of the Athlete Training & Service Excellence team.
Digital Content Coordinator Responsibilities
You'll develop and manage the overall content-sharing strategy.
You'll provide technical and process expertise to the team regarding the use of training websites and digital content tools.
You'll also develop and administer content management standards for athlete training materials and ensure that our programs have a clear and manageable directory, content structure, and naming standards.
You'll develop standard workflows, forms, and file templates where necessary.
You'll provide recommendations and solutions to improve content/tool usage across the different digital platforms.
You’ll define and execute content QA processes to ensure that all training documents are deployed to production accurately, in a timely manner and across different languages as well as geographies.
You'll be responsible for tracking and resolving developmental and production issues for various digital e-learning solutions, app or platform.
You'll also ensure clear communication of status and next steps amongst the team regarding new and existing projects, scheduling and operations issues.
You'll actively participate in all team and content meetings.
You'll troubleshoot as issues arise and facilitate timely decisions to ensure projects stay on track.
You will work with multiple tech and IT teams to resolve technical issues and to further improve our e-learning capabilities.
In addition, you'll actively participate in departmental status, checkpoint and training content meetings.
Digital Content Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in administrative support, digital production, or a related technology field.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manipulate, interpret, construct and format effective reports and presentations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism.
Advanced ability to network and utilize internal and external resources.
Advanced ability in handling multiple and competing priorities and requests.
