DevOps Manager
Our client is seeking a DevOps Manager to join their team in Wilsonville, OR. The selected candidate will be a highly motivated hands-on manager to lead DevOps for Mentor’s industry-leading Calibre product. The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities of the DevOps Manager
Build and Release management for on schedule delivery of multiple product suites.
Collaborate with corporate IT in the management of a high-performance grid dedicated to Calibre software development, build and release.
Requires frequent contact & coordination with many people/groups world-wide: R&D, Marketing, QA, Technical publications, Customer Support, Legal, Corporate Release Operations team, Field AE’s and Account teams.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to & management of numerous details, time management/scheduling, good judgment and decision-making skills.

Qualifications of the DevOps Manager
10+ years’ experience in personnel and project management for a DevOps team supporting a large software product organization.
Good understanding of the Software development lifecycle and Agile practices.
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Must have demonstrated success in effectively working in a highly matrixed environment as part of a global organization in a fast-paced team environment.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate team.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time with high quality.
Background in the EDA industry is preferred.
