Our client is seeking an Demand manager to join their team in Canby, OR. This position is responsible to lead the demand generation activities for multiple brands and business units, including the divisions Screaming Circuits and San Diego PCB Design.
This position will develop, lead and execute integrated lead generation and demand generation campaigns by employing the right mix of inbound, outbound, event, and paid media strategies. With the goal of building and optimizing a lead-to-opportunity funnel to support revenue growth.
Responsible for demand and lead generation in the form of qualified sales leads and qualified, source-identified web site traffic for the company’s electronics manufacturing, on-demand manufacturing, design and layout divisions.
Work with the existing sales and marketing teams to develop a lead funnel process, including goals, schedules, tracking and metrics.
Manage advertising programs and activities, including PPC and other lead and web traffic generating paid ad programs.
Manage ongoing lead generation programs and campaigns.
Propose, develop and implement new programs to generate qualified leads and traffic.
Select events to participate in based on their potential for qualified lead generation and ROI, and participate in said events.
Work with the existing marketing team to create materials (both online and offline), messaging and processes to move leads through the funnel, ultimately leading to a customer purchasing decision.
Track lead source, lead closure and lead effectiveness metrics.
Develop CRM processes to manage and track leads through the sales funnel using Salesforce and proprietary tools.
The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead generation role
College degree highly preferred, but not required
Ability to clearly communicate with the team and others in the company.
Ability to handle the math to make it keep doing so.
Experience in e-commerce preferred
Experience with SalesForce preferred
Experience in manufacturing preferred
Legal, permanent right to work in the United States
