Demand Generations Manager
Our client is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join their team. In This role you will be will be responsible for maximizing the value of both prospects and existing customers through owned communication channels. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer lifecycles and how to move prospects across the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel. The Demand Generation Manager will be a master of automation, reporting, and segmentation to drive a predictable pipeline for sales and account management. This role will be based out of Portland, Seattle, Austin, or Manhattan.
Own customer lifecycle programs across email to increase engagement and turn prospects into customers and drive revenue expansion with existing clients.
Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline and achieve business goals.
Work tightly with Revenue Operations and sales to build coordinated campaigns across each unit.
Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue.
Be a Hubspot specialist on the team to build automated campaigns and Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure data integrity across systems.
Working closely with the CMO for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.
Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle.
Promote new product & service features using lead nurturing tactics.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a B2B technology company.
Computer Skills: Hubspot Marketing Hub, Heap, Salesforce Mac proficiency, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite.
