Delphi Support Engineer
The Delphi Support Engineer will play a significant role to provide technical support for assigned applications. The Delphi Support Engineer debugs, reads and fixes code as needed to troubleshoot issues reported by end users.

The successful candidate is required to have excellent autonomous problem-solving, collaboration, and communications skills (written and oral). This role will provide support for internal tier 1-2 support teams, engineering teams, research/resolve defects and promote fixes.

The Delphi Support Engineer works with the support team, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders to provide technical support for production applications.
Troubleshoots, debugs, and documents programs or technical configuration.
Writes code to fix reported issues and bugs.
Provide production support.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization.

4+ years of Delphi experience.
3+ years of SQL experience.
3+ years of application support experience.
3+ years of experience supporting package installs, upgrades, and server configurations.
Ability to write and debug code.
Ability to troubleshoot application issues at the client and/or server level.
Ability to perform network diagnostics and/or knowledge of networking protocol.
Programming/Coding experience required.
Experience with change management processes and software
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong written and oral communication skills.
AZURE experience preferred.
C#.NET experience preferred.
Experience working with EHR/EMR healthcare information systems and messaging will be highly considered above other candidates.
