Our client is seeking a Data Analyst for their team in Hillsboro, Oregon. As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building reports (monthly, quarterly, & annual), compiling metrics, supporting data analytics projects, creating ad hoc reporting and trend analysis. You will utilize tools to analyze data and drive key recommendations. You will deliver reports and communicate insights to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, highlighting data on various talent attraction and engagement strategies. Your role will help influence the business by using data to help inform our decisions. We need an analytical teammate with a passion for details, a curious mindset, and a practical understanding of business operations to help us turn our data into functional insights and help drive our talent acquisition function forward.
Deliver engagement and sourcing reports, detailing the performance of our holistic hiring and talent attraction storytelling capabilities across social channels, career site, events & partnerships and diversity efforts.
Create routine reports and prepare trend analysis to identify opportunities, highlight strengths, provide recommendations and set benchmarks for existing programs and new initiatives.
Identify, analyze and forecast trends into meaningful visualizations and develop presentations for leadership as needed.
Deliver Data & Analytics report and insights that highlights our employer brand channels’ performance on a monthly basis for our Communication partners.
Pull talent insights and market research through LinkedIn Talent Insights and Talent Neuron tool.
Build our Talent Attraction and Engagement data roadmap and analytics reporting framework that will lead to more informed decision making.
Ability to explain complex findings and data in a compelling and easy to understand narrative for the consumer.
Deliver reports and dashboards with Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint, and or infographics.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports and metrics.
Partner with the talent acquisition Account Managers and TA Data Analytics teams with new data requests.
Creating and maintaining Career Site reporting through Google Analytics and providing insights that inform stakeholders on key metrics on a monthly, quarterly and annual cadence.
Establish scalable, efficient, automated, and easily repeated processes for Talent Attraction & Engagement reporting.
Support with process improvements by researching methodologies to continue to automate and streamline / Make recommendations to improve existing data-collection methodologies.
Attend business leadership and recruiting team meetings to provide insights including data and QBRs.
Create ad hoc reports and insights as needed to support Talent Attraction & Engagement reporting needs.
Bachelor's Degree in Data Management, Business Information Systems, or other related discipline.
2+ years’ experience and expertise in Data & Analytics, Systems, or Reporting function.
2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
Experience in analytics of people operations, HR Talent acquisition or employer brand is a strong plus.
1+ years of Google Analytics experience.
Strong working knowledge of Excel with formulas/macros, trending analysis, pivot tables, analyzing and manipulating large data sets.
Experience with excel and being able to take data and analyze, run pivot tables and complete high level recaps from data analyses.
Advanced PowerPoint, keynote and infographic experience.
Data visualizations experience (Tableau) is a plus.
Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ambitious self-starter who demonstrates comfort with ambiguity and can excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
