Data Analyst


Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their dynamic team in Beaverton, OR. 

Data Analyst Responsibilities:
Develop new reporting from start to finish, including data requirements gathering, data modeling, report development, and testing.
Contribute data, systems & transactional knowledge expertise to a wide array of sales & cross-functional projects & initiatives.
Diagnose forecasting and allocations tools, draft change documentation & actively pursue solutions back with the sales team.
Actively expand, update & upgrade the existing report portfolio to align with evolving business dynamics, system upgrades & technical insights.
Prepare, maintain & update account allocation reporting, including close collaboration with sales. 
Partner with sales to provide financial reporting & support for their account strategic plans.

Data Analyst Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - the lookup & reference section of the formula builder & the developer menu on the ribbon are easily navigable & understood.
Proficiency in Reporting – ability to turn complex data sets into easy to navigate multi-dimensional reporting templates with compelling presentation formats.
Ability to professionally communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences across multiple levels of the organization.
Lead/facilitate and impact problem-solving activities (data gathering, root cause analysis, and potential solutions).
Demonstrated ability to remain organized while managing multiple competing priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Develops respect and trust through their functional expertise.
Creative and innovative in finding new and better ways to resolve business challenges.
Open to new ideas and new ways of doing things.
Knowledge of SAP reporting tools and Cognos preferred Tableau experience is a plus. 
Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Cross-functional project team skills, self-starter and accustomed to driving for results with limited supervision Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources.
Desire to work collaboratively with your teammates to come up with the best solution to a problem.
Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results on multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skill.
Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with others.
Passionate about data and striving for excellence.
