Customer Service Support Specialist
Our client is hiring a Customer Service Support Specialist for their team in Beaverton, Oregon. 

Customer Service Support Specialist Responsibilities
You will act as a direct liaison between customers and the employee purchasing channel to analyze and help resolve escalated or complex consumer related issues with the end goal being a win-win resolution. 
Continuously seek to reduce the overall turnaround time for issue resolution to ensure a premium experience for purchasing channel consumers. 
Attendance to employee purchasing channel team weekly meetings, assisting in providing team updates on order fulfillment, resource allocation and process improvement opportunities.

Customer Service Support Specialist Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience working in a customer service or retail environment.
Strong Multi-tasking and organizational skills along with effective communication both written and orally.
Ability to bring a positive and solution focused attitude to the team. 
Must demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently within a team environment.
