CRM System Administrator
Our client will be hiring a CRM System Administrator. This role will own the CRM platform which delivers user experience, reporting and analysis for Sales, Service and Marketing teams and will be the primary support person for all CRM users.
CRM administration and management within the Sales team. Service team implementation deadline is end of April 2019.
Help with blueprinting (design the tool, understand business requests), train users, attend meetings, develop user guide.
SME for solving problems, help desk tickets are sent in the CRM, provide quick resolution for internal employees.
Help make sure the data is clean and accurate, need to understand the data and what it means.
Meet with Sales and Marketing, advanced Excel reporting for forecasts.
Support Sales team in north America and Europe, help Sales create quotes or update forecasts in the CRM.
Travel international twice per year (implementation training employees in Mar/Apr for one week), Korea, Japan, other locations.
We use the CRM to manage the pipeline, opportunities, forecasts, it’s for Sales people.
This role will understand how to track items in the funnel and move them to a booked order.
Own the SAP Hybris C4C Platform (Sales, Service, Marketing) at our company from a business perspective.
Champion C4C best practices throughout the company.
Document processes related to our CRM system and keep them up to date as the business changes.
Conduct system demonstrations and training for all users.
Design and implement reports, analysis, and dashboards to support the Business/Sales efforts of the company.
Proactively identify and resolve C4C related issues.
Be the business subject matter expert for our CRM solution
Be the liaison between the Business Teams and IT to drive and prioritize improvements.
Routinely audit system data and provide feedback to users to keep it clean.
Ensure whatever goal people have is loaded into the system each period.
Update Account Management teams as directed by the Regional Managers.
Level 1 HDT responses (first level support for the business).
5 years of experience as a Systems Admin, Application Support, or developer
2+ years CRM admin (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc).
CRM implementation experience.
Strong experience using Excel to create reports and analyze data.
