Credit Analyst Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable in an assigned set of accounts.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to receive payment.
Set credit limits within established thresholds by analyzing customer financial statements, credit reports, and payment history.
Assist with escalations and make recommendations on collections and legal actions.
Support month-end close and reporting.
Special projects as assigned.
Credit Analyst Qualifications
Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
3 years’ experience in credit and/or collections.
Working knowledge of accounts receivable, credit and collections, and sales tax regulations.
Intermediate proficiency with Excel; previous ERP systems experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in an auto/truck industry a plus.
