Our international client is looking for a Controller to join their team. This position will be working alongside the CFO, Director of Finance, and Senior Executives while managing the Accounting Team and accounting processes in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They are rapidly looking to double in size in the next couple of years through growth and acquisitions.
Responsibilities of the Controller
Manage GL, month-end close processes, and KPIs.
Prep financial forecasts, reports, and statements.
Review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow.
Oversee accounting team members and their day-to-day work.
Assist with annual audits and tax-related issues.
Ensure procedures are compliant with current laws and regulations.
Special projects as needed.
Qualifications of the Controller
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree highly preferred.
CPA required; CMA a plus.
Public accounting experience with an emphasis in audit.
3+ years of experience as a Controller with supervisory and SaaS experience
Working knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Advanced Excel skills.
ERP Systems experience; familiar with NetSuite a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
