Our international high technology manufacturing client is looking for a highly motivated Contracts Administrator to analyze and execute pricing agreements for their Purchasing teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator
Develop and submit pricing proposals and agreements.
Manage product additions and deletions.
Process contract extensions.
Review target customers and contract processes.
Support the continuous development and implementation of pricing contract policy, best practice, and process improvements.
Contract and pricing analysis and review.
Make contract and pricing recommendations to management.
Maintain system pricing structures and data.
Obtain approval for customer contract terms and conditions.
Corporate pricing reporting.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Contracts Administrator Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; equivalent education and experience; Master's preferred.
1-2 years of contract administration experience.
Knowledge of GAAP.
Beginning to intermediate contract deal analysis skills.
MS Office Suite experience, with skills in Excel and Word.
ERP systems knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
