In this role, you will support the team in creating seasonal briefs and planning the end to end consumer journeys for how content shows up across digital, physical and media touchpoints. You will be responsible for owning the execution briefs, driving best practice and sharing this with our geo and global marketing partners. You will also be responsible for moderating content and partnering with our 3rd party vendors on the sourcing of brand right imagery. You will sit in the Consumer Direct Marketing function and partner with Brand Management, Brand Creative and Business teams to create the best channel-right product experience to drive the business seasonally.

Support the team in creating clear and comprehensive seasonal briefs for UGC and AGC content capture to support the gender and XCategory offenses leveraging pinnacle product.
You will be responsible for sourcing and tracking all looks being leveraged and sharing with our marketing and business partners.
You will be the direct liason between our vendor partners- to ensure relevant product hashtags are being searched against and suitable imagery selected through the scraping process.
You will be responsible for owning the Curalate platform relationship, onboarding relevant teammates and maintaining best practises.
You will be responsible for entering seasonal content into Sprinklr partnering with the digital producer to ensure workflow can be triggered according to production timelines.
You will create seasonal recaps and highlights for distribution to leadership.
You will be the marketing point person to partner with the categories, geos and business functional partners.
You will establish learning agendas in partnership with CDSci to create campaign learnings and measure insights. You will share bi weekly reports on performance metrics against KPIs.

1-3 years of experience in a client side marketing role or advertising agency.
Clear and demonstrative experience working on marketing campaigns- ideally some experience working with product and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing up, across, and downstream with peers and partners.
Interest in working with creative with a passion for products and how the product experience shows up in digital and retail spaces.
Comfortable multitasking with ability to project manage and work on a variety of different projects at one time.
Early adopter and problem solver for digital platforms.
Experience working within Sprinklr, AirTable, Asana (or other).
High-level thinker with strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation.
