Our client is seeking a Content Specialist to join their dynamic team in Hillsboro, OR. The Global Content Team, part of HR Service Innovation (HRSI), is responsible for helping HR create and deliver impactful content to our client’s employees across multiple platforms. Through great content, they provide value and reduce friction in employee experience. As a Content Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in publishing and managing training content.
Content Specialist Responsibilities:
Work with internal stakeholders to understand training content requirements.
Offer consultative feedback on achieving stakeholders’ goals within our client’s learning management system.
Upload and manage courses and training programs in the LMS.
Format and publish training content in the content management system.
Run and customize completion reports.
Troubleshoot technical issues in the LMS.
Content Specialist Qualifications:
Experience working in a content management system (CMS) and/or learning management system.
Proficiency with Excel and SharePoint.
Experience with HTML.
Experience with web analytics and reporting.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to learn new technical skills quickly.
Experience working with stakeholders of all levels.
Strong communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
