Our client is seeking a Content Specialist to join their dynamic team in Beaverton, OR. As the Learning Content Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in bringing innovative learning concepts to life for our rapidly growing, global, 24/7 workforce.
Content Specialist Responsibilities:
You will manage projects from concept to delivery by working cross functionally with stakeholders to create and update technical learning content.
You will work closely with our Production teams on the manufacturing floor, along with our Engineering, Maintenance, and Safety teams to document processes, best practices, and requirements and innovatively translate information to learners.
You will be expected to bring fresh, new ideas around educating our diverse workforce to make on-demand knowledge transfer more effective.
You will help our team to focus on and drive continuous improvement of innovative learning concepts.
You will be expected to stay focused on ever-changing team and business priorities, and on delivering results that meet established metrics for success of the projects to which you are assigned.
You will be expected to align with your teammates so that a consistent approach is taken in executing against business priorities.
Content Specialist Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of directly related manufacturing experience.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, etc), eLearning authoring tools, 2D/3D/360o video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Knowledge and experience with taking and editing high-quality video content, and ability to create learner-focused content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization.
Ability to focus on multiple, competing priorities and projects.
Demonstrated Project Management experience.
Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker.
Experience working with diverse global teams/audiences preferred.
Ability to occasionally work across shift changes to coordinate with stakeholders.
