Contact Center Representative
Our client is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their team. The main function of this role is to respond to Contact Center inquiries by personalizing and relaying accurate information.
Contact Center Representative Responsibilities
Perform research and resolve a variety of customer transactions.
Facilitate call escalation and provide guidance on client service issues.
Deliver personalized service and respond to a variety of product questions.
Provide communication of product information, policies, and procedures.
Monitor the status of work, prepare customized correspondence and make outbound calls as requested.
Solicit and analyze customer feedback and recommend changes to identify areas for customer service improvements.
Support division projects as assigned.
Contact Center Representative Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in a call center/customer support role.
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
