Consumer Experience Manager
Our client is seeking a Consumer Experience Manager to join their team in Beaverton, OR. You will focus on the consumer engagement destination and the core to the geography’s marketplace strategy. You will sit on a cross-functional, virtual team and be the go-to person for everything involving team organization and partner communication. Winning looks like driving a process that measurably helps the teamwork ahead to mitigate last-minute planning, reduce cross-functional breakdowns and helps to ensure clear and timely communication.
Consumer Experience Manager Responsibilities
Partner with a team to create an unrivaled consumer experience.
Deliver distinction across product, services, environment, marketing and membership to achieve brand and retail financial goals.
Seek and share data, insights, trends and best practices.
Collaborate to build, deploy and optimize an integrated offense.
Act as a hub for early and often insight and collaboration on seasonal plans and door programming with the territory brand team.
Lead cross-functional team through code gates.
Develop a detailed project plan and calendar to monitor and track progress.
Partner to ensure projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget.
Work cross-functionally to prepare presentations and partner communications.
Measure performance and manage scorecard.
Show up ready to play and be a role model for communication and collaboration.
Actively participate in meetings and conversations; raise issues and opportunities.
Establish and foster relationships internally and with retail partners.
Consumer Experience Manager Qualifications
Previous brand, digital and /or retail marketing experience preferred.
Account, program, budget and project management.
Understanding of a retail environment.
The building of effective visual storytelling tools
An ability to see the big picture and understand it’s detailed components
Occasional travel, approx 10-15% of the time.
Coachable and receptive to feedback
Be a curious thinker who seeks to learn and develop.
Organized, efficient, moves with urgency.
Errs on the side of over-communication.
Embraces deadlines and is averse to missing them.
