Compensation Operations Analyst


Our client is seeking a Compensation Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team in Hillsboro, OR. As a regional Compensation Operations Analyst you will ensure efficient and effective compensation operations for the Americas across our client’s website by ensuring compensation programs are executed accurately and timely for employees in accordance to compensation policies, processes and in compliance with local statutory regulations.

Compensation Operations Analyst Responsibilities: 
Working with to execute global compensation programs that require specialized knowledge of compensation transactions in SAP. Generate compensation reports for data audit and analysis purposes.
Administer local compensation and business programs (i.e. retail incentives). 
Communicate compensation program updates to cross functional partners (i.e., other HR Direct teams and HRBPs).
Deliver service excellence to employees, managers, and teammates by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all calls, emails and CRM Tool (Right Now) issues concerning compensation programs.  
Recommend solutions to customer service issues and for process opportunities. 
Participate in regional Compensation operational projects.

Compensation Operations Analyst Qualifications:
3 years’ relevant experience in operations.    
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a preferred.
Looking for a team player who is energetic, solutions focused, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Able to multi task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline.
Able to identify, analyze and solve issues in straightforward situations.
Capable of making decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work.
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
Working knowledge of HR SAP is preferred.
