Our large local headquartered client is looking for a Part-Time Compensation Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial as it affects the organization's business decisions and supporting year-end projects and tasks.
Compensation Analyst Responsibilities
Develop and administer compensation programs.
Partner with HR Business Partners to determine pay rates, salary administration, and incentive programs.
Research market data to evaluate job classifications.
Evaluate business needs to determine new positions or reorganizations are needed.
Ensure job descriptions are documented for records.
Conduct compensation surveys and analyze findings.
Support senior analysts with special projects as needed.
Compensation Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a similar field a plus. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional or CCP in-process a plus.
4 years of compensation, market price research, human resource experience.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong critical thinking skills.
