Community Manager
Our client is looking for a Community Manager to join their team.

Community Manager Responsibilities 
Establishes and drives business strategies on the web and towards social media; ensures all proper procedures are in place. 
Sets and ensures company-wide standards are used for all social media, including client/customer facing materials. 
Defines and validates main internet audience through social media dynamics. 
Develops administrative technology for channels where information can easily be input and posted to develop use of social media. 
Engage with user create and Comms content to drive engagement.
Assist Space Owners/Admins by pulling Space and Article analytics and content metrics to drive editorial planning and post scheduling.
Monitor and respond to ‘reported posts’ - Review reported content and decide to ignore/delete.
Respond to users who reported as necessary.
Monitor the Q&A sections of Spaces for platform level questions or questions that have not been responded to within (SLA) by the Space Owner/Admin.
Point of contact for Users with questions (e.g. Tag the community Manager).
Available on a Slack Account called Workvivo Community Manager.
Become an expert on the Workvivo product & educate community of users on how to get most value from features available to them.
Engage with the community through content, discussion seeding, chats, video, events and programs.
Drive programs to drive a higher balance of user-generated content, member conversations and peer-to-peer support / networking.
Oversee the total community member experience, taking care to welcome new members, connect members with like members, and build affinity.
Communicate company-wide on system upgrades and new features.
Drive global projects and key initiatives to boost colleague usage of Workvivo and ensure it is a value-add to the everyday lives of employees.
Engrain Workvivo as part of the Digital Employee Experience. Make it the virtual campus for digital communication..
Capture colleague feedback by hosting periodic focus group sessions with global colleagues.
Support and enable key stakeholder groups in targeting global community leaders, site leaders, and other influential members of the community who are responsible for the engagement and support of all employees. Understand their needs, partner with them to agree key engagement goals and support them with execution through Workvivo.
Recruit a global network of Workvivo Social Champions and facilitate monthly touchpoints where colleagues can share best practices, seek support and learn about feature enhancements.
Facilitate onboarding of new Business Units/Teams to Workvivo and support them with the space requirements necessary to successfully communicate their objectives and build community engagement.
