Commissions Analyst
Our international manufacturing client is looking for a Commissions Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding team.

This position will be working remote temporarily anticipating to return onsite in 2021.
Commissions Analyst Responsibilities  
Translate commission agreements for internal staff into commission calculation schemes.
Set up and maintain commission agreements, records, and documentation in the system.
Run commission calculations, calculate manual adjustments, and reconcile to the general ledger.
Review and create commission statements ensuring the accuracy of commission amounts and sales details. 
Respond to commission inquiries and troubleshoot any issues.
Perform and cross-train on ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and other accounting projects.
Commissions Analyst Qualifications 
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
2 years of analysis experience related to compensation or commissions.
ERP systems experience preferred; SAP a plus.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Salesforce or SQL a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
