Collections Manager
Our client is seeking a tech-savvy Collections Manager to join their team. This company offers generous benefits and has been growing for more than 20 years. 

Collections Manager Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of the department; ensure calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
Train new hires and provide feedback to team members. 
Identify and coach on disciplinary and performance problems; respond/resolve employee relations issues.
Build out and monitor metrics and KPI's. 
Coordinate with other managers to discuss staffing needs, scheduling, training methods, and developing reward/recognition programs.
Establish and implement procedures and processes that align with the department’s strategy. 
Additional duties as needed.

Collections Manager Qualifications 
2+ years supervisory experience; financial services experience preferred. 
1+ years of collections experience within a call center environment.
1+ years experience developing metrics using SQL; familiar with Python a plus.
Advanced Excel (Familiar with Macros).
Excellent communication skills including negotiation and follow-up skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work on multiple tasks.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
