Our Pacific Northwest client is growing and looking for a Client Services Specialist to join their team. This company focuses on its relationships and providing individualized services that meet its customers’ needs.
Remote work allowed from Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, or Nevada.
Client Services Specialist Responsibilities
Respond to clients' inquiries and requests via phone and email.
Process transactions and payment requests.
Escalate and collaborate with Senior Specialists on complex issues.
Ensure processes are compliant and follow regulations.
Assist with training team members.
Client Services Specialist Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience; experience within the financial services industry required.
Knowledge of banking/lending products and services, cash management highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Able to multi-task competing priorities and highly organized.
Thrives in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
