Chief Follow-Up Officer
The Chief Follow-up Officer’s main responsibility is to help keep track of all new business opportunities coming into the team by optimizing the experience and converting referrals into new clients.
Although this person will be regularly interfacing with clients and leads, this will be a more "backstage" type role. Managing systems and executing tasks. Mainly placing follow up calls, scheduling appointments with prospects and partners, making sure clients feel a high level of care. Probing for opportunities to be referred into other conversations. Be crystal clear on contact information and know what the next step needs to be.
Chief Follow-Up Officer Responsibilities
Manage the stay-in-touch communication system from beginning to end for all incoming referrals. This includes tracking, collecting information, follow up, identifying clear next steps, and ultimately increasing conversion rates from “lead” to happy client.
Understand and implement the "circle of cash flow" – a process for generate new referrals.
Update the CRM (client relationship management) system daily.
Track all key productivity metrics for the team.
Set up the actions for the next day for Manager.
Keep Manager on track.

Pay range: $19-$23/hour
